Osama Daham

For more than two decades, HBC has grown from a small contracting company into a trusted partner with a reputation for helping shape the UAE’s built environment. A highly qualified finance executive with over 25 years’ corporate experience, Zafar Iqbal brings a wealth of financial knowledge and strategic expertise to HBC.

He holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - USA, and Fellow Member of Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA).

A highly successful senior executive with over 24 years’ experience in the construction and contracting industries, Jad Jawad has a proven track record in complex project management and a reputation for driving financial performance and operational excellence.

He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an MBA from the American University of Beirut.

A professional senior marketing and management executive with over 30 years’ regional experience, Dr. Ruwayda Daham is one of the founders of HBC.

He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from The State University of New York at Buffalo, USA.

Our early work focused on warehouses and villas, and as our reputation grew, so did the scale and complexity of our projects, including a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, residential, and educational developments. Throughout this journey, we are proud that our heritage continues to be built on trust, craftsmanship, and long-term partnerships.

  • Labour Accommodation Project: G+2 complex in DIP.
