HBC delivered a diverse portfolio of project works to this 17-storey mixed-use development in Dubai Healthcare City. The scope included piling works, substructure and superstructure construction, P7 slab works, full MEP installations, internal and external finishes, aluminium works, and wooden door installations.
The development also includes a swimming pool, delivering a complete mixed-use building in the heart of Al Jadaf, with strong structural performance, efficient building services, and high-quality architectural detailing.
