HBC has embarked on the construction of Harrow International School campus in Abu Dhabi, second school in the U.A.E., after Harrow International School Dubai to have Harrow’s 450-year legacy of educational excellence.

Another signature greenfield educational development. Enabling works commenced is under construction and is due to be handed over in phases starting July 2027.

HBC’s scope of works includes complex civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works. The project scope included the construction of the boundary wall, utility substation, and all enabling works, comprising piling, dewatering, excavation support, and shoring systems. The structural package incorporated substructure works and precast concrete superstructure systems, providing an efficient, durable, and high-quality construction solution. Architectural works included premium internal and external finishes, such as vinyl flooring, aluminium glazing and façade systems, timber joinery, ceilings, decorative finishes, and specialist painting. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations were fully integrated with fire protection, ELV, and building management systems to deliver a modern, high-performance educational environment. Extensive external works, including roads, utilities, hardscape, soft landscaping, and sports facilities, completed the development, resulting in a fully functional, sustainable, and visually appealing campus
