Signature Projects

Construction of an industrial warehouse facility located in Dubai Industrial City. The project scope included Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structural steel works, external sandwich panel cladding, factory areas, office and restroom facilities, and complete MEP works. The development incorporated a substation, underground water tank (UGWT), pump room, LV systems, in-rack sprinkler systems, telephone room, and provisions for solar panel loads. Additional works included mezzanine steel structures with associated foundations and waterproofing, epoxy floor coating, storm water tank, boundary wall with gate, car park shade structures, and external infrastructure works. The project was delivered with a focus on operational efficiency, durability, safety, and compliance with industrial project requirements.
