For Armen International’s facility in JAFZA, HBC delivered the civil and MEP works necessary to create a high-performance industrial and logistics space within one of Dubai’s key free zones.
The scope included civil construction, structural works, and complete MEP installations, delivered in line with JAFZA regulations and project specifications. All works were carried out with strong emphasis on quality, safety, and coordinated execution to meet operational requirements.
