Ship Building Facility
Development of a specialized shipbuilding and marine service facility designed to support vessel construction, repair, and maintenance operations. Works included construction of heavy-duty workshops, fabrication bays, storage areas, administrative offices, and service utilities. The scope covered structural steel works, high-capacity MEP systems, overhead cranes, marine-grade flooring, and external works such as access roads, utility connections, hardstand areas, and safety infrastructure.
